Hole #1

Hole #1

The ideal position off the tee is just left of the reachable fairway bunker guarding the right side of the fairway. For bigger hitters the bunker on the left side of the fairway is reachable so consider a 3 wood. Avoid the bunkers short and right of the green on your approach to a fairly flat green. Do not go long or too far left on the approach.

Hole #2

Hole #2

The ideal position off the tee is left of the reachable bunkers on the right side. This will set up an easier lay up on this par 5. Use caution as there is water hidden on the right side about 150 yards from the green. Stay left of that and use the left bunker near the green as a target. Longer hitters may be able to reach this green in 2 shots but any shot that does not hit the green could be in for trouble.

Hole #3

Hole #3

This demanding par 4 requires accuracy off the tee. Too much hook and you are wet and a longer drive down the right side may end up with a similar result. The approach features a bail out to the left and the heavily bunkered green on the right side. Do not go long on your approach.

Hole #4

Hole #4

This par 3 can be very tricky depending on the severity of the wind. It seems to play a touch longer than the yardage and the green is surrounded by bunkers in front as well as to the right side. There is a small bail out area to the left. Do not go long as out of bounds lurks behind the green.

Hole #5
Hole #5

This hole is all about the tee ball. Too much hook and your ball is doing the backstroke in the pond that hugs the entire left side of this hole. You can get away with slight miss to the right side, but a big slice may also end up in the drink. Avoid the bunkers on the right side with your approach shot. Do not go long on the approach which is becoming a common theme.
Hole #6
Hole #6

The ultimate risk/reward tee shot. Big hitters can reach this green off the tee and set up a potential eagle putt. Wayward drives in either direction will result in water or sand. The approach shot should be fairly easy from the fairway, but watch out for bunkers surrounding the green.
Hole #7
Hole #7

This par 3 can be a little tricky depending on the wind conditions. Although only about 150 yards, the wind combined with the hazard short and to the right makes club selection very important. There is a little room to bail out to the left and do not go long.
Hole #8 Hole #8

This could be the most challenging hole on the course. The ideal tee ball is to the right of the fairway bunker, but not too far right as water guards the entire right side. Big hitters may want to hit 3 wood or hybrid off the tee as the landing area ends at about 290 yards off the tee. The approach features a bunker right in front of the green that is tough to hold unless the ball is coming in high and soft. Play to the right of the bunker and get up and down.

Hole #9

Hole #9

The tee ball should stay right of the fairway bunker to the wide landing area. There are fairway bunkers on both sides and bunkers to the left of the green. Water looms to the right of the green short and surrounds the right side of the green. Stay below the pin on your approach as this green is severely sloped from left to right towards the water.
