Do I need to guarantee a certain number of guests to book the room?
We understand that it is very difficult to know how many guests you will have so many months in advance.  With this in mind, we have a food and beverage expenditure amount, which will give you maximum flexibility within your budget.  You have up until approximately two months before your wedding to choose your wedding package and menu selections.  This helps you choose pricing based on your estimated final guest count.

Do I need to be a member and are you a private club?
Whitetail Ridge is a daily fee facility.  There are no restrictions in booking your event here.

What is your deposit policy?
We understand that there are a lot of demands on your bank account during the planning stages.  We require just two deposits.  The first deposit is due upon the signing of your contract.  The second deposit is due three months later.  That is all you have to pay until your final payment is due the week of your wedding.  You can always pay additional deposits as you go along.  Please remember that all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

How can I pay my deposits?
We have no restrictions on how you pay your deposits.  We will accept a variety of payment options including cashiers check, personal check, cash, or credit card.  The choice is completely up to you.

What is your pricing?
We have a wide range of pricing to fit your needs.  Our price range is quite broad due to the fact that we have three wedding package tiers to choose from.  In addition, we encourage you to customize your wedding reception to ensure you receive exactly what you want and pay accordingly.

May we have a golf outing?
No wedding for the golf lover is complete without a day on the course.  Our event specialist would be pleased to design a day of 18 holes for you and your wedding party.

When can I start my reception?
We do not have a specific time for the start of your reception.  We follow your lead and work with you to accommodate your timetable.  If you have a couple of hours between your ceremony and reception, Whitetail Ridge can provide a warm, relaxing, and intimate pre-reception area for your out-of-town and local guests.

Can I order children's meals or special meals?
Absolutely, no appetite is too small.  We offer a variety of choices for the younger partygoers.  We also provide customized meals for vegetarians or guests who may have specific dietary restrictions.  We want to ensure that all of your guests, from the youngest to the oldest, begin their post-dinner dancing with lots of energy!

Are there hotels in the area?
Yes, we do have partner arrangements with local hotels.  For your convenience, we will provide you with a list of nearby hotels, all of which are located 20-to-30 minutes from the club.  The recommended hotels offer a range of rates and can reserve a block of rooms for your party.  Shuttle service can be arranged upon request.
